BARTEK BAROK

A PROVINCIAL SOUL IN EVERY SLICE

“To Rise with Roots.”

Bartek Barok is more than a bakery — it’s a celebration of lineage, laughter, and life’s layered flavors. Rooted in Ilocano expression, Bartek playfully nods to the spirited warmth of being joyfully “drunk” — not just with wine, but with celebration, memory, and shared moments. Barok, a younger term of endearment, evokes youthful simplicity, familial charm, and rustic joy.

Provincial Soul, Modern Craft

From the humble warmth of a bahay kubo to the elegance of a holiday table in New York, our baked goods bridge two worlds — where simplicity meets celebration.
Every bibingka, bundt, cookie, and loaf is handmade in our home cottage kitchen under New York State Cottage Food Laws — with care, integrity, and intention.

Wrapped in Story

We believe food is a vessel of memory.
That’s why our desserts arrive with heritage blessing scrolls, wax-sealed parchment, and inabel-inspired packaging — each box is a pasalubong: a gift wrapped in story, stitched in cultural reverence, and ready to be shared.

A Pasalubong of Purpose

We bake in small batches, with local and seasonal ingredients, free of preservatives — and full of spirit.
Our mission is to bring the richness of Filipino provincial heritage into everyday rituals, holidays, and homes — one golden bibingka at a time.
