We ship with UPS and USPS Priority Mail. We choose the quickest delivery method for each order so our Friends receive their orders on time and can track them.

If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, we will ship via USPS for quicker delivery.

Once a package is shipped, cancellations aren’t possible. If you want to cancel before shipping, let us know, and we’ll happily give you a refund.

We provide tracking numbers for all orders.  The delivery dates specified with the tracking number is an “Estimated Date” of arrival and not a guarantee.  We highly recommend that you check on the status daily so you are aware of when your order is “Out for Delivery” with UPS or USPS. 

If you're not home when the package is delivered, UPS or USPS may leave it at your door or a secure spot if they think it’s safe. We cannot issue a refund if the package is damaged, lost, stolen, or left outside and not brought in.  

We bake all orders fresh after we receive them.
